HIKING BETWEEN ANCIENT RUINS
AND TURQUOISE WATER

LYCIAN WAY - HIKING BETWEEN ANCIENT RUINS AND TURQUOISE WATERS

The Lycian Way is one of the most beautiful long-distance hiking trails in the world – and you’re right in the middle of it. This coastal trek offers the best of both worlds: the glittering Mediterranean Sea at your feet and the majestic peaks of the Taurus Mountains on the horizon.

Day by day, you follow trails that wind high above the sea, offering spectacular views of rugged cliffs and mountains reaching up to 3,000 meters. Inland, you’ll pass through fragrant pine forests, silvery olive groves, and the typical Mediterranean scrub – a landscape that invites you to breathe deeply and marvel.

You’ll hike through small, traditional villages, experience warm Turkish hospitality, and feel the deep connection to history: this path was once a major trade route in ancient times. Today, impressive rock tombs and abandoned ruins bear witness to the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Look forward to a week of hiking filled with nature, history, and unforgettable moments – along one of Turkey’s most captivating coastlines.
