HOW TO BOOK A TRIP WITH US?

Choose your desired trip and send us your request via the contact form or directly by email to info@alpine-turkey.com.

Your booking becomes binding only after a deposit:
 

• With flight booking through us: Flat deposit of EUR 500
   

• Without flight booking: 30% of the total price
   

The remaining payment is due by agreement, but no later than the day of arrival.

If you book your flight independently, please send us your flight details at least 10 days before arrival so we can organize your airport transfer.
 

For custom group trips, prices and payment terms are arranged individually.

Minimum age for booking: 18 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

TRIP CANCELLATION

Once your booking is confirmed, the trip will take place – unless affected by force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, war, strike).
 

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will still carry out the trip at our own risk.

SHARED ROOM AND SINGLE SUPPLEMENT

Our prices are based on double room occupancy. If you’re traveling alone, we’ll try to pair you with a same-gender roommate.
 

If you prefer a single room or tent, please let us know when booking – a supplement will apply.
 

If no roommate is found, the single supplement will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel without reason, we retain the deposit.
 

If you cancel due to health reasons, we require a medical certificate. In that case, we refund the full trip cost.
 

If we booked your flight, a refund is only possible if the flight can be canceled free of charge (depending on the fare class).

If you don’t show up without informing us, there is no refund.

CHOOSING THE TRIP

Please review the requirements and difficulty level of the tour. If unsure, we’re happy to advise you.

AFTER BOOKING

Check your gear. We’ll send you a packing list tailored to your booked trip.

​

PASSPORT

Make sure your ID or passport is valid – ideally for at least 6 months.

Exceptions may apply. You can check with us or directly via the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.mfa.gov.tr

VISA

Whether you need a visa depends on your nationality. If required, you can apply online at www.evisa.gov.tr

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We recommend trip cancellation insurance and international health insurance with rescue coverage.
 

We’ll gladly provide a booking confirmation for your insurer.

TRIP ITINERARY

The itinerary follows the published description unless changes are agreed upon.

Changes may occur:
 

• due to force majeure
   

• by group consensus (without loss of services)
   

For paid changes, unanimous group approval is required.

SPECIAL REQUESTS ON-SITE

Rebookings, room changes, or special requests that incur extra costs must be paid on-site.

EATING AND DRINKING

Meals are listed day by day in the trip description.
